We buy only from a select number of ethical wholesalers in the UK and three other family-owned businesses

in India, Bali and China, all of whom care as much as we do about sustainability, the environment, ethics in mining, people welfare, carbon footprint, zero child labour and reducing waste wherever possible.
 

What does our tag line mean "Making crystals affordable to all". When people shop with us, many people say, "this is so cheap, I paid lots more for the same same thing at ....", we inform our customers that our overheads, our wholesale sources (in the UK and overseas) are different from others. We don't ever try to be the lowest cost, because we know we can't compete with so many overseas businesses selling the same looking item.

 

We have spent years buying samples and making sure what we offer is solid, sound and we know is ethically sourced.  For that level of distinction, we know we pay a premium, what we offer is genuine value for money to our customers, never knowingly over pricing our items.

 

We try hard to ship items within 2 working days, sometimes, if we don't have an item in stock we have to order from our supplier and that may take a day or two longer to arrive. We will tell you if we've had to do this.

 

We re-use packaging, boxes and volume packing paper whenever possible.

Everything we ship from our store to your home is 'cleansed', so the energy is positive when you receive your item.

OUR STORY...

At the start of lockdown, we knew that when we re-opened the Hub and the Float Room we had to use the best sanitising and disinfectant product available on the market.

We did not want harsh chemicals and certainly nothing toxic. More information was emerging on Covid-19 so we knew whatever we chose had to be very special and probably unique, expensive and difficult to source. Fortunately, none of this was the case.

Lots of investigation and research followed and we were particularly intrigued by electrolysed water MANUFACTURED IN THE UK by Ecoanolytes in Dundee, so we ordered a range of DEW products to test out in the Hub and our Float Room.

The disinfectant was perfect for the Float Room environment, no harsh chemicals - simply Electrolysed water which wouldn't affect our salt water pH balance, hardness nor our bromine levels, all vital in keeping our Float Room 100% hygienic and free from bacteria.

We have been recommending DEW to our practitioners and visitors to the Hub. We broadcasted DEW products into the UK Float Centre Collective and many Float Centres in the UK are now using DEW products for sanitisation and disinfecting their Float Rooms. So not only are we converts but we are now an official Stockist.
