SELENITE CHARGING BASE PLATE - LED & USB
It's the first time we have seen these charging base plates, lit up by a cool white LED bulb from inside the base. A couple of pictures show how the light is fitted.
It uses a standard USB wall socket or any phone, tablet or USB plug will work.
Supplied with a 1M long white USB cable.
It draws very little power, as the bulb is LED and being powered off a standard USB socket (2.4amp or less), so in the UK this will cost around 1p per hour and a half to run, approximately and depending on your tarriff.
The charging plate is a fun yet practical device as it's a chance to show off your gemstones as they are being recharged with their natural energy, whilst the LED light provides a nice (and not too intrusive) light show in your room.
Our pictures show some stones (for illustration purposes only) Aqua Aura Blue, Cobalt Blue Obsidian and an Opalite cube. So the more transparent your stones the better your light effect. But we found that charging normal, darker stones like; Shungite, Tourmaline (rough and smooth), blue tiger's eye, Nguni Jasper, Red Jade and Obsidian gave equally good results.
We can supply you with little round silicon pads if you plan on placing the charging base onto a glass table (for example), just drop us a note in the information box at checkout.
Our silicon pads are 100% biodegradable, when no longer needed.
